How do I know how much I have spent?
This depends on how you decide to pay for your calls.
By credit card - we will send you a text message each
month to notify you of any transactions made from your
credit/debit card.
By Direct Debit - we will post you a paper invoice each
month to notify you of payments made.
If you want to keep a closer eye on your calls an itemised
bill is available at 99p a month.
Can I check my call credit balance?
Yes - from your mobile phone call free on 0800 049
0800 and follow the prompts. A text message will be
sent to your phone with your call credit balance up
until the last call the network has passed through to
us.
Can I access my account online?
Yes - to set you up with this FREE service, go to www.mycarphonewarehouse.com.
To get going you will need to register and to register
you will need to know your account number - this is
available from customer services on 0845 655 5000. Once
up and running, you will be able to manage your account
functions online, including:
Make changes to your account
View your last three invoices
Make payments
Check up on the calls you have made provided you receive
an itemised bill *
* Itemised bill costs 99p per month
Do I get voicemail with Fresh?
Fresh automatically offers you a voicemail service that
takes messages when you can't answer the call, notifies
you of your messages and plays them back to you when
you want to hear them. You are charged at the standard
tariff rate to retrieve your messages.
When you have a new message the voicemail indicator
will appear on the screen.
Voicemail will store a maximum of 30 voice messages,
each up to 3 minutes in length, for up to 21 days. minutes

Can I use my phone abroad?
Yes - please call customer services on 0845 655 5000
to set up. A credit check and payment by direct debit
is needed for using your phone abroad.
